Beau Flavours are highly specialised, concentrated flavourings which can be added to a variety of cakes and desserts. Each flavour contains natural flavourings and are supplied in 40ml bottles.Our flavours are engineered from building blocks of small units of flavours or extracts that are carefully put together to form a specific profile. By combining these buidling blocks, the flavours are adjusted in different directions. For example, ripe, flowery or fresh to produce a unique finished flavour profile.
One of the most common challenges when making flavours, especially those based on citrus, is heat stability. Our flavours therefore have been developed for a bake safe consistent flavour.

Many of our flavourings are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are certified Kosher - most are also Halal but a few contain naturally occurring alcohol (from fruit sugars) so please check individual flavours carefully.
All flavourings come in concentrated form and should be used sparingly until you reach your required taste.
